Stretch To Relieve Knee Pain: Piriformis Muscle


In order to decrease knee pain not only are strengthening exercises important but so are stretches. This video is just one of the knee stretches that is important to do to maintain healthy knees. The piriformis muscle is a muscle in your glut that can become tight and when it is tight it can affect how your hip functions which can then cause knee pain. So in order to ease your knee pain do this stretch as part of your daily regimen.
